What is contemporary Korean cuisine?
Korean cuisine has a long history and traditional food techniques, however, they are locked in a certain format. This format is a culture that is familiar to Koreans only. Of course, traditional Korean food is a great culture and I want to publicize it, but I want to introduce a new style of Korean food twist with modern techniques and flavors.
While S.O.G has been inspired by and respected traditional Korean cuisine as the foundation for our cooking philosophy, and also we will strove to explore new techniques and ingredients continually
We are small Local restaurant. As the name of our restaurant, we tried to make comfortable, and peaceful space like Sanctuary of god.
Our restaurant open for everyone. Please come and feel free to enjoy
our food and drinks what we prepared.
We are open Monday to Saturday 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
We would appreciate it if you would book us in advance for the absence of seats.
